Orders & 1-of-1 inventory

Every piece sold by HUGH is limited to a single unit. Opening Stripe Checkout reserves the selected inventory for approximately 31 minutes. The order is confirmed only after payment is completed. If Checkout is cancelled or expires, the reservation is released.

Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed by Stripe. By placing an order you authorize us to charge the payment method provided.

Final sale

Because each piece is one-of-one, all sales are final. See our Returns & Refunds policy for the limited exceptions (damage in transit, non-delivery).

Intellectual property

All site content, photography, and the HUGH mark are the property of HUGH by Fitz Godwin. Do not reproduce without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HUGH is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or its products.
