Because each HUGH piece is 1-of-1, all sales are final. Limited exceptions below.
Damage in transit
If your order arrives visibly damaged, email photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will refund or replace where possible.
Non-delivery
If tracking shows your package as lost, contact us and we will open a carrier claim on your behalf.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. If you contact us before the label is printed, we will do our best — but no guarantees.
